Below is a list of OverclockedIT LLC’s current separate, opt-in Waivers of Liability. The Waivers below are not part of our standard terms of service and do not apply to all clients. It applies only to clients who have:
• Reviewed a specific Waiver of Liability
• Executed a signed copy as an addendum to their Master Services Agreement
• Received written confirmation of acceptance from OverclockedIT LLC
If you have not completed this process, this Waiver does not apply to your relationship with OverclockedIT LLC.
